Not only are you lessening pesticides in your body, but you’re also making your immune system stronger. Organic foods contain a higher content of minerals and vitamins, which also help improve your immune system.

Though organic eating is just a step albeit in the right direction. But it is the bare minimum that can remove toxic chemicals from your food chain.

Decreases toxic chemicals

There are a number of synthetic chemicals that are used to grow food these days. These include fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, etc. These chemicals get washed into water bodies and seep into the water table thereby contaminating the ground water. In addition, plants absorb such chemicals and they enter our food chain.

Highly Nutritious

Organically grown food is generally higher in nutrition. Conventionally grown food is generally bigger in size but has a very small amount of nutrition. Our body is highly knowledgeable when it comes to the amount of nutrition it needs. That’s why, your body will need less amount of more nutritious food than less nutritious food.

Improves Immunity

As the organically grown food is higher in nutrition. So it helps improve your immunity and hence you get disease less frequently.
